A concrete use case

Submit to the intended authority

Start from the authority’s own procedure link and inspect the required documents.

Check first: Keep acknowledgement and confirm the territorial and organisational scope.

Our worked method

My application is saved: has it been submitted?

Draft
Prepare the details without confusing saving with submission.
Submitted
Retrieve the receipt and track the application.
  1. Open the procedure using the link supplied by the responsible French administration.
  2. After preparation, use “Déposer le dossier” and check the displayed status.
  3. Find the submission receipt in tracking; retain the application number and submission date.

Fictional example: Léa closes a form after a save confirmation. Its status remains “brouillon” (draft). She must resume and submit it; a draft is not a submission receipt.

Your useful record: Application number, procedure name, status and receipt, kept privately.

Submission does not mean the application has been accepted.

Correct form
Start from the link supplied by the authority handling the request.
Submission and receipt
