Find an accessible version of a paper
Google Scholar connects publications, citations and sometimes multiple versions. Search the exact title, then examine available versions and their destinations. Keep the bibliographic reference; result ordering is not scientific assessment.
- Search
- Use a quoted title or author.
- Versions
- Compare the deposited version with the publisher version.
- Export
- Review the exported citation fields.
- Recent versus relevant
- A “Since” filter restricts publication years while retaining relevance ranking. “Sort by date” changes the order: preserve that distinction in a search protocol.
