Choose an environment for a first exercise

- Read exercise instructions and run its tests.
- Record the environment with the examined solution.
Fictional example: Iris starts a track in the browser and continues on her computer. When two attempts differ, she records where tests ran. She keeps the case and environment instead of comparing only the colour of the displayed result.
