Parcoursup covers pre-enrolment in the first year of French higher education. Compare programme content, institutions and conditions using the programme records, then consult the relevant campaign calendar. Accepting an offer and completing administrative enrolment at the institution are separate steps.

No. Official guidance also requires administrative enrolment with the chosen programme.
